I have recent reached One Sim tier, paying the $195 month. I do not own all the Sim I live in, and even with other small land I hold either to preserve or in trust for friends, I havent reached tier limit yet.

But... what happens when I do, and want to buy more land...? Can anyone tell me what the payment plan does then, do you start again on the basic levels 2nd time as well as the $195 or what?

I can work out what it will be if i buy an entire island, of course, but what if I wish to continue my work in enhancing existing sims and just add more land bit by bit as I did first time round? Info please !

thanks

You have two choices.

1: Speak with LL about the >65536 tiers, these are charged in multiples of the 65536 tier.
2: Group deed, gain 10%, and use alt accounts to get finer granuality, although you will lose out on the higher up discounts, it still lets you do whole multiples (if you have all your accounts on the top tier), and gives you a bit of finer control.

well any group gets a 10% bonus on any land in the group. But to answer your question after 65536m2 you can still buy land but you will be prompted to enter into a "custom tier" its the same price break down as a full sim in cost. you don't have to call you just buy the land in game or on auction then when prompted go to the website and select your new tier. (will then become avaliable) It is really the same and quite easy luckily enough.
