I've noticed this happened in the past few months and wondered if people can sell more and $2000.00 USD per month off a single account. I thought $2000.00 USD worth is the maximum anyone can claim. It also takes a little while for the upgrade (like two weeks or so) and LL has to see a consistently good billing record and a need for it (ie you have hit your limit, or regularly come close to it)
