We have bought a 128 sq.m. parcel of bush land just for 1750 L. It was about 99999L the day before. Can anyone confirm, that he is lowering the prices for his land everywhere considerably?

This does seem to be the case in a lot of places. Also, a while ago, some changed over to ownership by a group where the only listed member was formerly a member of the group that previously owned the land. The signs went and it was set for sale at lower prices.
I just had a look and a 512 in my sim that was previously (from memory) $50k, is now $4k, which is about normal for the sim, despite the fact that it's snow.

I was near Mr. Divine's Bush sign database and never complained about it. However, recently he has bought another property which is immediately next to mine, and he put a bunch of trees in it, at least one of which overhangs into my property.
I suppose I wouldn't mind this so much so long as he didn't put any big blue signs on that property.

He bought a bunch of land in Shark last week, next to my property, so I doubt it. Subsquently I'm deciding if I'm leaving SL altogether, as I wasn't even notified of the auction for the lands on the sim I'm on. Guess LL isn't interested in my money. Only in land barons.
