Land editing problem

Help, I am still pretty new and I tried to edit my land. I really messed it up and in the process messed up my neighbors land a bit too. Is there any way for me to get the land back to the origional? I've been trying for a long time to fix this and it's getting frustrating.
And is there any way for me to work on my land without messing up the land of my neighbors?

Yes there is a Revert button on the land edit tab.

With the edit window open, double click on the property to select the entire parcel then press the Revert button a few times and your land will be back in it's originally terraformed state.
