I just bought a small plot in Brown, near the marketplace. Although there are empty stalls, there doesn't seem to be any way to rent a spot there. Is this still a viable location for a small vendor, or is it inactive now... anyone know?

You have to wait for one to go for sale. It's not really the best place to sell things, though.
