How do I open my first Shop?

Hi!
Im very new to SL and want to earn money (the stipends are too low for me...)
Ive bought some land for my Home and built it, then i leased a Shop parcel in a Mall to open my Shop. I had the Idea that I can build some Squares with a Pic from the Stuff I want to sell and when you "right-click -> Buy" you get the thing that is shown on the square. BUT: When i build a square the square gets removed. I cant put anything in my shop. Please Help.
Make a Tutorial or Step by Step text or Something but PLEASE help a newbie to earn Money

What are you selling? And when the box disappears, is it after you build it or after someone buys it?

Here's a quick rundown on how to do a store:
1) Build your item and set up the permissions (transfer OR copy, but not both, and modify is up to you)
2) Put the item in a box, with a picture on it as you said
3) Place box in mall, but make sure you're in the correct group (go to Edit Groups and activate the correct one), as it might get auto-returned if not. Check with the mall owner if you need to be in a group
4) Set the box to sell contents. This way when someone buys it they get a folder with the contents of the box, and the box remains in the store.

Does the square get returned to your lost + found inventory?

If so, check with the person that you've rented your shop space from - you probably need to set your vendors to belong to a special renter group. Your landlord/landlady should be able to advise you.

Are you out of prims? Right click your land, choose about land, choose the objects tab, and see how many you have left..

Do you have auto-return on? Right click your land, choose about land, objects tab, at the bottom should be the auto return settings. Set it to 0 and try again.

Im not the Owner of the land, i cant change Auto Return. Im not out of Prims and there is no group. Might be a fake to get money, I tried to end the lease but it says i have to pay 500000 L$ when i want to end this s*it....

That doesn't sound right..

If auto returns on, and theres no group to be in, and you don't own the land.. Your items will be automatically returned to you.. Try explaining this to your landlord..

You can also use LiveHelp from the help menu, in-world.. And someone can come and take a look for you, as long as you're on your shop land when you use it.

For future use I highly reccomend Hiro Queso

Christian - if you're within 90 days old, you're welcome to place a vendor up at the Shelter for free.

Only thing I ask is that you stay under 10 prims, and you use one of the passive low-lag vendors I can provide you with.
