But we'd have to add Nx on to the equation in order to see that, so: Y = C(y-t) + I(r) + G +Nx Not to mention our Nx has been negative for a long time, further driving down Y, which is GDP. Glad I live in SL and not the USA. |

From: Mad Wombat Is the Nx = Import - Export? Almost. It is actually exports - Imports. Here in the USA, we have way more imports than we do exports, which gives us negative Nx, AKA an import/export deficit. Oh well. Cheers! |
