Do I really have to use a credit card to buy L$? Can't I just fill in my billing address and then they could send me bills so I can give them the money I owe?

Hi Emtee! Are you in the US? If so just find a Walgreens and you can get a prepaid credit card. Here is the website so you can get more info. Once you set it up your funds are usually available instantly (or at most within a few hours).

This card is reloadable and minors can get one in their name with their parent's permission.

There are other places to get these prepaid cards and the website should list it.

If you're outside the US you might try googling "prepaid credit card" to see what you can dig up for where you are

Well that sucks, I go through all the trouble of getting my mom's debit card. Fill in all the information, make an account with paypal. She gives me a damn 30 minute lecture how I better not charge her too much.

Fill in all the billing information from here, and those little bastards come back with the message. "This card could not be authorized."

Linden Lab doesn't accept paypal funds coming from a credit card.
If you want to use a credit card, add it directly as a payment method to your SL account.
