Guess I have been watching the Corpse Bride way too much.
I am looking to experiment with some buildings/builds and I was wondering if there was a sim out there with a gothic atmosphere. Versus just a collection of gothic buildings in a regular sim. I was going to experiment on the mainland with building a huge transparent box on the outside and black on the inside, but I have decided to spare my neighbors.
It doesn't need to be completely gothic, but it should have a dark atmosphere.

Theres a 'transylvanian' empire or some such..and shops. try looking around at a shop called nomine, they sell goth/dark clothing (amongst other stuff). Soemone ther emay be able to help you more than I

The Transylvanian empire is nice enough, but doesn't deliver what Noel is getting at. I really like the idea of something in the style of the Corpse Bride/Nightmare before Chrsitmas  |

I can't say I know any place like that right now. So PLEASE...buy a sim and do this! Sounds like one of the coolest ideas I have heard in a while!

Hi Noel, my build might be something you recognize. Since October 2004, Eldraque and I have had a small gothic theme park on the border of Samoa/Terminous. I hope you can find time to visit soon!

If you want to see a Tim Burtonish build, check out Nocturnal Threads. kaia Ennui and I built it together with movies like Beetlejuice and The Nightmare Before Christmas in mind.
