1) the $L is going to stay roughly within the 260-280 range, constantly being nibbled up by the population at large and then seeded down by a few people who have a hell of alot to loose if the value rises too far.

2) at least 40 new threads will be spawned in march about the $L rising buy NOW or the $L falling sell NOW, mostly by people who have alot to gain by manipulating others for their own personal gains.

3) at least 3 people are going to claim they konw everything about the $L economy and try and distract everyone with some far flung scheme that barely even makes sense within their own far too narrow to be true view of some tiny facet of the sl economy

4) people who work hard to make content in SL will continue to be under-appreciated, disrespected, and sneered at by a couple of loud jerks while the majority of SL appreciates their efforts in relative silence

5) at least 2 people are going to further parody this already rather sarcastic post

I use the "ignore the short term bumpiness" strategy.

Worrying about a few USD difference (as most of us don't have tens of thousands invested) doesn't seem to be a very useful activity.

That said, I'd generally agree with the prediction, but I have absolutely nothing to go on other than past behaviour (that fickle, most unreliable of indicators).
