I'm a tiny bit familiar with the 'subdivide' method, but I don't think that would apply in my case because my land is 512 sq m only. How do I lease all of it to one person?

There is no inbuilt way of doing it. You allow them to use your land in return for them paying you.
Do you have someone you want to rent it to? _____________________

Yes I do... I guess my only concern is...how to make sure that whatever they build won't be wiped out the next day because they weren't the owner. ?

One common way is to set the land to a group, have your renters join a rental group, and set autoreturn for all objects not set to said group. |
