Best way to sell land in a development?

I own land in a development (Cooper's Island - 2048 and Cooper's Annex - 4096) that is set up like condo ownership, where you own it but pay the weekly maintainance fee to the developers. The maintenance fee is much lower than the linden tier would be for owning outright ($660 linden/week and $1320 linden/week, respective, with a discount of 2 weeks free if you pay 8 weeks at a time).

But I don't know how to sell the land. Because it's part of a development, the "sell this land" on the about-the-land choice doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

The land, in case anyone is interested, is at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Minerva/100/10// and http://slurl.com/secondlife/Minerva/150/40// and comes fully-landscaped with beachfront coves, ocean waves, trees and ponds.

I don't think you would want to "Sell" it, but instead "Deed to Group".

Right-click your avatar and select Profile... then click the Classified tab and create an ad placing your leased parcel for sale. Be wordy with your description and make sure to include a picture of your parcel).

You might also mention to your neighbors that you're planning on selling your lease as they might have friends who wish to live near them.

Also try posting in the Land sales & rentals forum if you haven't done so already.
