I purchased two parcels of land (not first land) that are next to each other and I would like to make them one parcel. How is this accomplished? I did notice the Join... feature under edit land, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. The button was not selectable.

First select what you want to join:

click the Select Land radio button on the left side of the edit window;
click and drag the mouse across both parcels;
you don't have to select the entire blocks you wish to join, just be sure that the selection includes some land from each.

The Join button will activate when you have multiple parcels selected and you'll be able to press it.

For the record, the land will adopt the settings of the LAST parcel that you add to the selection. If parcel fooB is already named and has media URLs and such, be sure to begin the selection in parcel fooA and drag the cursor from there into fooB.

Go back to that windows with "Edit Land..."

You'll see, if you click and drag on the ground, that you can select bits of land. Just select a swath that has a bit of both plots in it. The join button wil light up for you.

Note, make the selection so that your "primary" plot is selected last. this will make its information - title, description and whatnot - the info that gets retained.

The auto-return time for objects will be set to 0. You'll have to reset it if you need it.

Just FYI, this also works if you have parcels that are not adjacent to each other.

I have joined some city parcels in Miramare that are intersected by Linden-owned land (streets).

Be careful if the land is set for sale. If you have two parcels set for sale and join them the larger parcel will have the same price of one of the smaller parcels. This means the land will bring you less per meter. It is good to add a few 0's onto the price if you are joining land. If they are both not for sale, you should be good.

I have joined the 2 parcels together and it worked perfectly! Thank you for taking the time to help me with this simple problem.
