Looking for land

This probably should be moved but since the General form is the most looked at, I'll put it here.

I am a basic user ,but I am looking for land. I can not upgrade to a premium plan at this time UNLESS it is true that i will be billed IN A YEAR of the lowest price of $72 or so. What I mean is that I will not be billed untill then! This game is under my mothers debt card so I have to pay her the amount of the charges. I am still in school since I just turned 18 and I don't have a job as of yet (my new years resulotion is to get one).

What my point is that I will not change my plan unless I won't get bill within a year..If I get bill as soon as I change to the plan for the full charge of that plan(coming from what the site said) then I won't change plans. So, most likely I am not getting the plan anytime soon.

The MAIN point of my post(sorry I am known for making short storys long)

I would like it if i can get a small part of land that I can ethier HAVE for free from someone or RENT from someone...ANY kindness is appreciated. For renting,remember that I am a basic user and that I only get $L50 a week so if you can make it reasionable (like $L49).
Oh and I don't mind if I have to join a group for some free land
