Hi, i know there's a first land advice section (several of topics in fact) but i thought it would be useful for many of us if there was a general land buying advice topic as well as advice on renting it out. I hope there are some of you willing to share advise on this.

I have logs of several of my Land Ownership 101 class sessions and have been thinking of going through them and turning them into a FAQ. Your post has raised that task up my to-do list a few notches!
