Hello, after Much thought and deliberation, I have decided, sadly to sell 3 of my mature city plots. Unfortunately, since city plots are rarely for sale, I'm having trouble coming up with a L$ /Sqm value, becuase i have nothing to compare them to.

To me they are near priceless, but, they have been more or less vacant since March of 2004, doing nothing except collecting litter. My time these days, is limited in SL. and id rather have someone with some time and motivation make use of these awesome plots.

Any ideas on estimated values, or how i should go about selling them? I know this depends a lot on how badly someone desires these plots, but id like to get a point in the right direction, any comments are greatly appreciated.

Sim:Barcola

2,640m waterfront
1,984m waterfront

Thanks! Indy.

Double the prims, double the price. :)

Now what is the average land cost in the cities, right now? Ask a land baron for that one :D

You should talk to people who own land in Barcola. I'm sure your neighbors would be more than interested in the land. :)

Give your neighbours the offer of first refusal - if they dont want it, I'd be happy to buy it. :)
