You can't.
Unless you add "-log" to the end of the shortcut's properties (this is not the same as the -logfile that's already there which writes to secondlife.log) --- be forewarned that if you do add -log, it'll be HUMONGOUS, because it's not just chatter that's logged, it's ---everything---
Yeah, I want chat / IMs / system notices logged too.

Ok, I just checked my shortcut, and the -logfile bit isn't there any more.... odd.
