Group Chat = chat room

I think that a group chat should work like a chat room, i am tried in huge groups someone says something random and everyone starts on doing the same thing. well i think these group chats should work like a irc chat room with roles having the right powers in group chat

since its like irc you should be able to automatically join it when someone says something or you join manually


also with these permissions
Mod Mute- stops people form chating if they making problems
Voice- makes people to chat in a voice only room
Change Channel type-(topic,voiced or normal)
make temp Moderator

what do you guys think?

I'd like to see the ability to invite someone to a conversation instead of having to do that whole bussiness with the calling cards, which is just a pain in the tail if someone gets disconected.
