Seeing as ive only seen 3 movies in sl, ever, i was thinking " how can we make this easier while saveing bandwith?"

Simple, allow players to upload 10 second .mpeg files that have the quality of a projector, this way you would be able to have videos while saveing bandwith due to its low quality.

Any suggestions? Because i simply dont know what wouldbe lower then projector quality.
