Several times I have tried to navigate waterways only to find myself "booted" off. I'd like to suggest that property rights end at the water's edge. In other words, that it be possible to go anywhere on water without restrictions.

heh the problem is a bit that the said waterways are owned by peoples, unless they are linden owned you have no guaranted passage right
