Hey good to be here!
If anyone is interested, I propose creating a Ministry of Civil Works, that would help beginning players and businesses get off their feet and become a giant company. The Ministry would also benefit the region by serving as a place where people can express opinions and create art. These are the proposed positions:

Minister of Operation (Relative to today's president)
Minister of Arts and Flora
Minister of Education (Help Newbies get started)
Minister of Business
Minister of Defense (Enforce and protect the interests of the region)
Minister of Modernization (Advance the current region into futuristic, high tech, fully scripted enviorment)

I wouldn't use the word "ministry", people around here are nit-picky about anything that sounds almost like it has to do with spirituality/religion/whatever.

just kidding ...

Why not use Groups and start up various organizations / corporations that do this?
