Add permissions to Make Outfit dialog

Please add the ability to set the permissions for items that are created using the Make Outfit option in Appearance, as part of the screen that comes up where you check which items to include in the outfit. It will make it a lot easier than having to set the permissions of individual pieces, especially since Modify still defaults to off for no apparent reason.
