I think contracts would be a nice feature to add. I havn't really fleshed out their full functionality, but here are some ideas.

Could be used for payment plans and renters: the contract automatically transfers X amount of money every week for Y weeks.

Could tie to an object perhaps, returning the object to the owner at the end of the lease or if payments aren't made.

Could have building contracts. Would need a 3rd objective party to sign at the begining and to verify completion. Could create a need for a notary service.

After putting all these down, I almost think some of it could be done in a script.... I may have to look into that. However I still think a contract item, with it's own folder and it's own menus would be best.

Cool thoughts! Would be interested in other folks thoughts on this. There are so many things to do with contracts - curious as to what strikes people as most useful.

sure would be a way to make sure the landlord got there money ..
I can think of tons of contractial uses here and a great one would be ....

(player 1) pays the fee of $400 and 5 % of all proceeds made for purchaceing the rights to an object made by( player 2) for the term of 1 year ........

hmmmmmmm
possibilities are endless

bp and I were just talking about this very thing last night. And it's been touched on in chat, too. I paid my rent late this month. Good thing I have such a cool landlord. He wouldn't even let me pay a late fee.
