Hi there.
When you set a parcel of land to ban people without payment info - when non-payment info people click (via the search / classifieds system) to TP there - they should NOT actually be able to TP. Currently we have non-payment avatars arriving on neighbouring parcels and needlessly using up sim resources. there really is no need for this - just block the possibility of actually TP'ing and present the clicker with an appropriate message.

It also means that you can have an access restricted sim with a small parcel cut out, allowing access to all, so that they can purchase a land pass. The whole sim and its traffic can be listed in places, while a tp over will still put you on the unlisted parcel.
If you don't want unverifieds to get to your sim altogether, you can restrict access in the estate tools, or each individual parcel and then they'll receive a "Not allowed into destination".

I don't fully understand what you mean in the 1st part there..... And with mainland parcels we don't have access to estate tools. There's no way round this is there?

Regarding the first part of the above: some people like to restrict access to most of their sim with a "buy pass" restriction, which allows people to pay to access the area. It works in a similar way to "no payment info" restrictions, in that you cannot TP directly into the area if you haven't paid. Thus, they need an unblocked piece of land in which the avatars can land before buying a pass. Blocking all TPs to that area would reduce their income to virtually nothing.
With regards to doing it on mainland, there is no way around it unless everyone on the sim places the same restrictions, and then it might be that the person TPing simply ends up in the next sim over.
One question though, does it really matter if they end up on your neighbours land? The restriction is to prevent people without payment info from entering your land, and it's doing that job fine.

Yes - with an avatar limit of 40 it does matter that they land on neighbouring land on the sim. Having 10 avatars wondering around aimlessly is using up resources and potentially preventing 10 avatars getting into my parcel - which tends to get very busy.

This is actually a decent idea
"can not Teleport to Location - Access Denied"
If they are Banned, or have the wrong payment Info, or are not part of the allowed access group - Or anything like that.

Gotta be something the landowner can enable or disable.
