Basically what it says, ie, no need to 'activate' your group title in order for it to be effective. If your in the group, your in the group, right? Why do you need to select (or activate) that group to, for instance, edit a group prim?

I can see where this is used for setting the active title, but really there must be a better way to handle that. It is a PITA when it comes to object permissions.
