Would be nice to be able to, on command, send a message or mail to everyone in a group (not just those online). It makes it hard to coordinate efforts if you can't message everyone whether they are online of offline..
O, just realised, you can group notecards and message.. mmm.

It can be quite a problem, especialy when after months of working together some people still dodge giving you their email address >_<
Co-ordination in SL is hard...

You can have everyone set it up in preferences that all IMs sent to them go to their email when they are not logged in, and doing that put all of the group calling cards in a folder. I't's certainly not instantaneous transmission and to respond they have to log in, but it works really well if they use Messenger or otherwise keep an eye on their email.
