Project Epoc ... a lightweight helmet with electrodes reading your moods/feelings/thoughts. http://www.emotiv.com/2_0/2_1.htmCan we please program these things to feed into my avatar's movement and facial expressions? Along with voice, this would be incredibly immersive.

Along with voice, this would be incredibly immersive. That would require hooking that device into our workstations (via USB i am geussing??) and the SL client would have to be programmed to read and translate the data that is sent from the ProjectEpoc headset into LSL. I can imagine there would be several new LSL commands to throw in the WIKI to integrate this. This would be a cool gadget to have and put SL leaps and bounds ahead of any competition. The down side is that it would kind of put a damper on anyone's layer of anonyminity because it would tell everything you were thinking...well most things. It might blurt out your real name or home address if you were thinking about it (laughs). It would take a lot of testing and programming to get it to where it was useful and not harmful in SL. Cool link though. Very inspiring!
