How about a rudimentary troubleshooting guide that will walk users through the list of things they need to check if SL isn't working properly? I could've used one when I couldn't get on and got the information I needed from the message board, but the same information could be in a permanent file so that we won't have to come running for help and bugging everyone every time we have trouble logging onto or using SL. It may seem WAAAAYYYY basic to those of you who spend your lives working on/with computers, but for *others* of us, it would be enlightening.  Maggie |

I think this would be what the "Knowledge Base" section of the website is for. It's just rather sparsely populated at the moment.
