Walking/flying speeds

I know there are great scripts out there that speed up walking or flying...what about some call that allows speed to be slowered down a bit?

This would help out in laggy connections so that more precice movements can be made so that a simple tap of the key doesn't send you across the sim in a moment of heavy lag.

Also as a side effect maybe it might in some way help in overall lag in events? Less movement speed=less to process maybe?

I agree - I think the movement controls are imprecise, especially flying. So often I would like to land on something and I overshoot it because of the strange controls. A little more precision would help out a lot in exploring the world.

On a side note, could you also improve the walking animation? It is very jerky and unnatural right now, and I think is distracting. The avatars in general tend to walk and emote in a very odd way.

Thank you for listening :)

I quite agree on smaller degrees of movement. It's so easy to miss something, even with 'Go to'. It's so hard to position yourself at an exact spot. A nudge up sends you flying, a nudge down sends you flying. I'm not sure how to have finer controls, but it would really be helpful.
