In the call vote dialog we should have the option of setting whether it's a yes/no situation or not. If it's not a yes/no, then the members voting should be presented with a text field for their answer, rather than just the yes/no radio buttons.
Third, only 30 seconds to respond to the vote? If you're busy (I don't even mean set in busy mode, just busy) or in the bathroom or whatever you could completely miss the opportunity to vote. Please take out the time limit on that window, and add in a "remind me later" button.
