A new feature I would like to see is more avatar and hud attachment points. When I look at my avatar and screen, I can hypothetically see how more attachments points could be added, but no, do not know why such limits are in place. Maybe this suggestion could be revived?

As a work around you can link invisable attachments and huds to save attachment points.

There is another (arguably much more flexible) solution on JIRA which has more votes and Linden recognition/internal issue links: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-489Not wanting to do a shameless plug, but IMO VWR-489 provides much better scope for additional attachments and proposes a better system in the event more attachment points are added. It also has a sub-task with a sample UI for managing multiple attachments more easily (addressing one of the main issues with having multiple attachments on a single attachment point).

From: Haravikk Mistral There is another (arguably much more flexible) solution on JIRA which has more votes and Linden recognition/internal issue links: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-489Not wanting to do a shameless plug, but IMO VWR-489 provides much better scope for additional attachments and proposes a better system in the event more attachment points are added. It also has a sub-task with a sample UI for managing multiple attachments more easily (addressing one of the main issues with having multiple attachments on a single attachment point). I like this one. Someone once suggested as well that multiple items be allowed to attach to one attach point, as long as the total prims for all items on that point didn't exceed a limit (supposedly 255 as it is now.) I always kind of liked that idea.
