Hiding adverts

How about an optional feature that allowed residents to request their Sim server not to show objects owned by certain people - for example an advert that was on land next to your own?

I know that reducing your graphics draw distance can help; but it can't hide every eyesore that pops up right next door

The resident could simply enter the name of the person who owned the advert into their land settings panel and then the server would delete the advert from the view of anyone standing on their land

Would this be technically possible or am I misunderstanding the way servers work?

You can "hide" and object, but everyone else can still see it.

Right click on it and select "hide"

Unfortunately there is no way to share the list of "hides" with your group.
