Annoying blue popups and UI settings.

At times, SL client decide to reset itself, or you have to reinstall. Then you get those very annoying help pop ups. Please make it a setting to turn those off so you don't have to go trough them all again.

Also, it would be great to be able to manualy save the position, size etc, about the UI somewhere. I assume this would be something to come with when you finally decided to get the XML UI done and ready for more individual styles and all, but earlier would be sweet.
That way after a reinstall or if SL client resets itself, you could just load those up and no need to get things fixed over again.

You could even make it so that the client could use this manualy saved UI settings instead of the default one, no more IM window getting resized and stuff as it has done lately. It won't be able to change those manually saved settings automatically.
