Create a Linden account with the first name BlogReposter , and use that when reposting a Linden blog entry by someone other the the person doing the reposting.

Put a statement that this is a repost along with the author of the blog post, the date, and a link, at the top of the repost. Not the bottom, the top, so you read it before you read the reposted part.

Use the highlight vBcode tag, which still works, to enclose the reposted section of text.

I'd rather just have the Linden who did the blog also do the forum post. Not sure why they seem to not do that any more..

That would be best, certainly, but if not that then certainly a blogreposter role would be, to me, a better solution than posting important messages under the wrong name.
