And to which addresses? There may not actually be anyone there. If you're looking for technical support, [EMAIL]support@secondlife.com[/EMAIL] works just fine, though it may be anywhere between a few hours and a day or so before you get a response, more if you send email on weekends.
Also --and this is more of a general suggestion-- if you try to word your support request as clearly as possible, it helps too. Instead of "it's not working!", list the specific steps you take before things start to go bad, as well as your hardware, driver versions, what's actually not working, etc. This won't necessarily speed up their initial reply, but it will mean that they have to ask you fewer questions after they do reply. (Although it's entirely possible that it will speed up their initial reply. I've worked at places where there was a "it's not working" pile.)

It sounds like he is asking if it is possible to respond to SL messages that get forwarded to your RL e-mail box because you are offline.
I could be wrong though.
