New function to allow hinges. doors etc.

syntax would be the following

llSetJoint(vector start, vector end, float speed, float friction);

variable start would be the starting location of the joint.

variable end would be the end point of the joint in reference to the object being attatched.

variable accel would be the rotation speed of the object.

variable friction would be the dampening effect on the rotation speed, or externally applied rotations.

Things like that aren't going to happen until after Havok 4.x is implemented.

THe timeline, from what I can gather, goes like this:

HetGrid within 2 months
Mono asap after that
Havok asap after that

The presentation topic tomorrow morning at Zero Linden's office hours (7:30 AM SL time) will be mono, in case you're still not believing that it is literally just around the corner (finally).
