Its really a problem, when we eject someone from a open group, and from our islands, and they come again the the group...simple ban table was good to prevent this and i think could reduce the AbuseReports.

Well, I know people like to leave their groups free for anyone to join, but if you make the group invite only, you can avoid this problem.

Here's an idea: a L$100 fee to join, upon joining they can request to the group owner(s) a refund (so it stays net L$0 to join) except if you ban someone they just spent L$100. Everytime they join and get kicked out.
