Sigh, I thought they had already hired a technical writer to work over the knowledgebase.
It's annoying to not be able to refer new unverifieds people to the forums since they can't access them and to not want to refer them to the knowledgebase because it's so out of date.
I hope they assign someone to responding to knowledgebase questions that has a writing style that doesn't remind me of Dana Carvey's impersonation of Paul McCartney.
