This may not be a feature but its critical. Just when the place is hopping with weekend traffic and events, everyone in support goes home.
I have had whole sims go down- renters screaming at me (rightfully so) and there is no one to turn to. I used to provide support for a huge chat network. We'd have 25-30K people on at a time over the weekend - and guess when we had the most support staff on line to help? The weekend of course.
Can't we at least have concierge level support? This really is an issue that those of us with half a dozen sims - and so multiple unsupported problems every weekend - vent about to each other regularly. Please consider adding some accessible support staff on the weekend.
