When you walk up to a large group of people, it'd be handy to have the option to see a link to the event info card. Perhaps a suitably "event"-evoking icon we could click to let us know just which one we've stumbled across?  |

I like this idea. Maybe have like a little post event hosters can put up around where the event is taking place that people can click on. Like a "Current Event: (event)" sign or something.
Right now the easiest way to figure it out is if you stumble across one, click the map, make sure its an event your at with the lil star, then click events and click through them to see which one is in the sim you're in, but thats such a hassle if you wana know quickly.

Odd behavior when more than 1 event is at the same location -- last night or so, there were three events at the same location, staggered about an hour or so. I clicked on the pink star, and got the wrong event information. Can someone inworld confirm this, or was it a one-time thing?

I made up a signboard and placed it in the bazaar with the specific intent of people using it at events. I also did some sign textures for it to use with a couple of the common Mentor events (Basics and Show and Tell), and plan to start using it with my events in the future.
The signboard is a free copy from the bazaar, and since the Mentor event textures are less useful to folks in general I will just hand those around to people who ask.
