When I stop flying, it should end whatever animation I'm doing and then cut to either the falling or standing animation. This would be an easy way of rectifying the "my bike is going nuts and I can't get out of this riding animation and now I have to relog" issue.

How about just some kind of a GUI function (button or whatever) that does that? It can be annoying when a bug locks you into an animation.

Somone made creative use of the "stuck in motorcycle animation" bug the other day, I saw them frog jumping accrost the north end of Blue the other night hehe.

I found that when I get stuck in the 'cycle animation (usually because I pocketed the bike before getting off of it) I can get back out just by re-rezing the bike near me. Then I can pocket it again and all's well that stands well.
