Private parcel red line "NO ENTRY" zone: show them for only few of seconds

I think that the "NO ENTRY" limit of a private parcel is awful to look for people living in parcels next to it...

I think that it can be shown only for few of seconds...then it can disappear, and be shown again for a few of seconds only if the avatar try to pass it...

Moreover, to limit access in a parcel is the only way to avoid that people logging off in my parcel, can appear again in the same point of my house, when they log in again...

people who don't use ban lines hate them and want them removed. People who do use ban lines love them and want them to stay.

What's sad is that the person who invokes the ban doesnt see the lines. only visitors and adjacent neighbors. Very unfair to neighbors, IMO.

Even sadder is the bans don't keep cameras out of the area. So if someone wants to watch someone's kink, they can.

Theres quite a few requests for a change to the software to allow the user to turn off the visibility of ban lines. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Please everyone, cut the ban bullsh*t. Learn how to use security orbs and group access to your sex animations. It'll make the virtual world a better place.

No, thanks, I like using my banlines, they are a lot less work. I know how to use the things you suggested, but I don't choose to spend my time or money on them.

like i said, people who use them love them, people who dont hate them. unfortunately the users of them tend to be rather selfish, as you can see.

You are wanting me to spend my time and money, so that you aren't inconvienced? And you are calling me selfish?

Are we really going to start this again?

I am SO happy I bought an island.
That's the best solution for everyone. Buy yerself an island. Then you don't have to go on to other people's land.

Tell you what though...

You try to tell me what I can and can't do ON my island? Then we got a problem.

Why have the visible ban line,
you get a msg anyways, so? no need for a double kill joy?

Personally I'd rather not be let in the parcel in the first place, than to be flung across the sim or teleported home by a orb cause I didn't get out fast enough. (One of those even managed to throw me 3 sims away once o.0)

He's not talking about you spending your time or money. He's talking about how ugly ban lines are, which they are.

Just showing them for a few seconds would look better and your beloved ban lines can stay. Nothing would change for you or anyone else that uses them. They would LOOK better to everyone else.

Try to pay attention to the point of the thread. Ban lines are ugly.
