Could you please raise the maximum size of a prim to 20X20 or even 30X30. It is so frustrating to have to use multiple prims to do a large floor/wall, and makes some designs very difficult.
Also, could you please add support to the touch event to indicate the coordinates on where the object was clicked (face and coordinates relative to the face). This would allow us to create things like elevator buttons without having to use multiple prims.
Thank you!

Ok, but how about objects over 10m in any dimention CANNOT be physical. Can't think of a use for anything bigger than that to be physical besides greifing.

I cant really understand why it would be harder to detect a collision with a 10x10x10 cube than it would with a 1x1x1 or 100x100x100...

No, it would be easier to detect colision. The point is that I don't want 500 30x30x30 cubes crashing down on me; Cardova is chatotic enough already.

Eggy,
I would gladly use llDialog, except the four button limit doesn't help in a 6 story building - I could do chained dialogs, but that is just kind of ugly. Regardless, adding the ability to detect where someone clicked on a texture would open up some new capabilities that now require multiple prims.
And I agree about the non-physical restriction on large prims. I would just like to be able to do some larger items without the need for multiple prims.

I think it would be wonderful if we could have larger prims. In our current stage of prim miserlyness, many prims could be saved if we didn't have to use so many for floors and walls. I don't know if this is practical or not, but it would make life easier and less prim-heavy for all

I think both features should be added, any feature that cuts down on prim usage should be done (of course without cause for greifing etc.). A physical restriction on too big objects would be good too, as most big objects will likely be used for large floors and stuff. (although I'm sure there would probly be giant other things too, but then greifing comes in to hand, and the system can work itself out for these problems)
