Ok when I pull up my IM window and try to scroll through it , it JUMPS bacl to the top everytime someone logs on or off making it VERY difficult to click on the person Im trying to IM. Its hugely frustrating! ACK! Please please make it hold still.

I'd like to add to this issue which ive had myself sometimes that the "IM Waiting" flash on the IM button should not happen if you have the window open. Thow if your in a different IM i think their name tab should still flash.
