Also, additionally, thank you for searching the JIRA for applicable bugs. I was posting in the forums for a few months before I ever found out about JIRA, so I would never berate a newbie for not searching there for info.

I was posting in the forums for a few months before I ever found out about JIRA, so I would never berate a newbie for not searching there for info. It doesn't matter: Google indexes the JIRA. Anything you can find via google is automatically considered "obvious." |

if you dont know about the existence of the jira, how are you gonna find in it google ? Searching Google for his request would have located the specific entry in the JIRA, whether or not he was aware the JIRA existed. That's what Google's there for: To tell you what you didn't already know, not what you do already know. |
