Bring back the bandwidth meter. I like to use my laptop, and this means using a wireless system. This also means connectivity problems from time to time. Which is not that big of a deal except having to have the stats up all the time. Who was the moron that wanted another search thing on the screen and take away the bandwidth meter. Do we really need 10 ways to bring the search up. Im exagerating but not by alot. I did hear that i can get the meter back but searching for how is a waste of time. Sooo, i thought i would asked the smart forum community. Thanks ahead of time for any posts.

The option is under preferences, in the General tab with the not pariculalrly informative or helpful description of "Show Search Panel in Overlay Bar".
However, almost typical, the fix itself only half works, since you no longer get the tooltips saying what the actual values are! see (and vote for) http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-5821 |
