I would liek to have the ability to have a tos like text file that an avatar must explictly agree to be allowed access to a parcel, once the avatar agreed to the tos it would not be asked about it till it is changed, if the person disagree with the tewms it would not be allowed to enter the parcel, each time the avatar insisted in trying to enter the parcel without having agreed tot he terms int he past it would be asked about it again
