The idea is quite simple: add an option to in estate and land properties to force-toggle the "Toggle PG" option currently found under advanced/character/character tests/toggle pg.
This would eliminate a lot of indecent exposure in many of the PG area's, or area's set to mature but decency is pushed.

Hmm, I think the problem with this is that toggle-PG is a client-side effect, and causes a viewer to render a default set of underwear on their baked skin textures that are uploaded to the server. As a result, the server really has very little control over it =(
Besides which, it wouldn't have any effect on prim-attachments.

Because of the way the avatar textures are layered, most skins would override such a toggle because they are layered on top of anything that the client bakes. Even if that was not the case, a determined individual could still override the toggle by applying any texture they wanted (skin or otherwise) to the top most clothing layer. A foolproof PG avatar texture would need to reside on an entirely new top stacked avatar layer set. Still, foolproof is a relative term because some people might not view avatars running around with default underwear over pants and tops as a perfect scenario. That new layer set, if it is ever implemented, would be much better served as a second distinct tattoo layer.

If they could get through the technically stuff, i guess its an okay idea
-------- Still, why bother.
Its not like cartoon nudity of avatars is all that serious.
On the visual side -
It would do nothing to prevent the uploading and display of actual pornographic photos.

It also would have no effect on anatomical prim attachments (which arguably are more offensive than anatomically accurate skins) and would cause potential issues with non-human avatars. Matthew
