Chat Linkage (Inventory, Agents, Locations)

Linkage features:

Actual Chatlinks: When you type a hyperlink in chat, it will actually be clickable in chat, not via chat history

Chat linked names: Say you type in an avatar name in chat (Frontier Linden), it will make the name linked in chat, and if you click it, it will link to their profile.

Chat linked locations: Say you type in a sim name in chat (Mauve), it will link, and if you click it, a map of that location will pop up.

Chat Linked Inventory: You know how when you drag an item or a notecard or something within a notecard, it will make a link of the inventory name, and when clicked you get the item? Drag one into your chatbar and the same thing happens

This probably wont even get looked at by a resident, let alone a linden, but hey, I thought it was a good idea
