well.. for drag selecting maybe we could have an option to 'select owned objects only'

3 reeasons why

1)in linden world to help count prim usage, would make it a whole lot easier

2) for finding lost small prims or prims that flew off.. or for prims that you accedentally put the y axis number in the x axis number box, and now its all the way across the sim in a big hill... lol (i know u can use debug to help find, but as all my feature suggestions.. i wanna be lazy :D.. and alotta new people may not understand the debug menu, i know when i was a newbie i lost so many prims.. i found them like 5 months later after i remeberd i lost them and knew how to find em hahah)

3)for objects that are inside someone elses

so you see it would come in very handy.. :)

Seconded.

And for finding prim counts, it might be nice to have it listed in the land edit pane so you can select your property and see how many prims are on it without having to try and select the whole thing.

Thirded or fourthed.. :)

I like this idea because i was running into this problem just today. Trying to select all of my floating castle at once so i could save a copy of it but there is some object in there which i apparently don't own / cannot modify - and i have no idea which one or where it is. So its going to be a tedious process of going through the whole structure and looking at each piece to find it...

Drag select is one of my favorite tools. I'd love to see this improvement. Also...please please allow drag select to work when the drag DOESN'T start on land!

Ah and it would be nice if drag selecting over objects owned by multiple people it still showed total tax or prims or something.

yes ama, that would be great. or maybe... this may be too in depth but... maybe be able to show how many prims of the total prim count/ tax is yours, and then others, but not specify who the others are.
